Unlimited UTF-8!
I have discovered the correct way to extend UTF-8 indefinitely. Maybe in 250 years time we might need it! The general variable-width ‘ASCVI’-style specification also allows one to create infinite-size private sub-extensions of Unicode using as little as 8 private-use Unicode codepoints.
I have made a one-page specification and reference implementation available.
